Shipping Policy

REILED Online Store Shipping Policy:

1. Shipping Costs: Unit prices of the items do not include shipping costs. You can check the exact shipping cost in your shopping cart or checkout page after you select the item quantity and target destination.

2. Delivery Methods: DHL Express is our default shipping carrier. Other methods such as EMS, UPS, FedEx, and TNT may be used if DHL is unavailable or not suitable for your destination. If you prefer shipping by sea or by air freight for large orders, please contact us directly for customized logistics arrangements.

3. Handling & Dispatch Time: We generally process and dispatch your order within 3 to 7 working days after receiving cleared payment. In case any items are temporarily out of stock, we will immediately contact you with the estimated restock date and alternative options.

4. Address Confirmation: We only ship to the confirmed address provided with your order. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and matches your payment billing address (especially when paying via PayPal).

5. Transit Time: Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times typically range from 2 to 6 business days for express delivery, though they may vary during peak holiday seasons.

6. Delivery Tracking: If you have not received your shipment within 15 days of payment, please contact us immediately. We will track the shipment with the carrier and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

7. Customs Duties and Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any import customs duties, taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for shipments refused due to customs issues.
