Returns & Replacements Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Return of goods and refund will be arranged under the following specific conditions:

1. Returns for Personal Reasons (Within 3 Days): If within 3 days after receipt of the products, you find that you do not like the items, purchased the incorrect model, or ordered by mistake, return of goods is acceptable, provided the items are in their original, undamaged condition, and do not affect secondary sales.
2. Damage in Delivery (Within 3 Days): If you find that the package was damaged during delivery, please promptly take photos of the package and obtain documentary evidence/stamp from the shipping carrier upon arrival. Contact us within 3 days with these details.
3. Defective Items upon Arrival (Within 3 Days): If the outer packaging is intact but the items inside are damaged or non-functional, please send us clear photos or videos of the products and packaging within 3 days of receipt as evidence for return or replacement.
4. Quality Issues (Within 30 Days): If quality problems occur under normal use within 30 days after receipt of the products, we support returns, replacements, or refunds.

General Return Conditions

• Resale Condition: To be eligible for a return, the products must have a good appearance, without any physical or cosmetic damage, and must not affect secondary sales.
• Exceptions: We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or man-made damage.
• Partial Returns: Customers can request to return or refund a portion of their order. In such cases, only the cost of the returned items will be refunded.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the products to our warehouse in China. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
